I’m a senior multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years’ experience in helping organisations communicate complex ideas in clear, engaging and accessible ways.
My work spans brand and visual communication across both print and digital, information architecture, content design, UX, illustration and animation.
I bring these different skills together according to what each project needs, from developing the initial concept and structuring information, through to visual design, interaction, animation and final delivery.
I have a Diploma in Visual Communications from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Germany, and a Master’s in Animation from the University of the West of England, supported by a DAAD scholarship.
To stay on top of design trends and good practice I enjoy attending conferences, courses and workshops in UX, accessibility, information architecture and content design, as well as exploring new creative and digital technologies.
The latest examples of conferences, workshops and courses I attended are Litmus Live 2026 (email marketing conference), Content Design Fundamentals by Content Design London and Make Your Data Accessible by Content Design Ireland.
Although much of my work today is digital, my background is in theatre, where I worked as a set design and props assistant. That experience still shapes the way I think about design and storytelling, and is one of the reasons for my ongoing love for tactile crafts and playful automata, which I spend a lot of my free time on.
